‘Alison, my therapist, has given me more than just confidence. She has also given me mind comfort - a safe place where I could simply try and see if I could speak differently. For me, it's really that - a safe place for both my mind and body to feel free to give it a try. So I gave it a try, and now, I can speak and enjoy what I sound like’ - Sam

I was confident enough to let myself stammer & take my time whilst focusing on my acting & I’ve received so much incredible feedback. Was honestly the most amazing experience & definitely a big achievement so thank you so much for all your help’ - Emma (Actress)

I have had 3 sessions with Alison and the progress with my speech is amazing. I am 44 years old, and the intention of the sessions was to work towards eliminating my lisp. Alison has helped me to develop the way that I say my "S" and "Z" sounds to that the tongue is in the correct place. With continued practice I feel that I can achieve the goal of eliminating the lisp, this is a life changing achievement for me’ - Andy

‘I had a great experience with my speech therapist Katy who really got to the bottom of my issue, rebuilding my voice and my confidence. After getting to the stage where I was often struggling to speak I'm now back singing regularly and still using the approaches she taught me to keep my voice in good shape. I wasn't sure how speech therapy would work and was a bit daunted by the idea of looking for help but Katy gave me exactly the support I needed. A fantastic service’. - Tom

*****

‘Incredibly supportive and understanding, made me feel comfortable being myself around her, and was sensitive to trans specific issues. Her guidance helped me get to a voice I love and helped me develop so much confidence. I pass 100% of the time on the phone (the thing that bothered me the most) and feel my voice reflects my femininity.

I can wholeheartedly recommend The Speech Network for voice feminisation therapy, I genuinely couldn't be happier with how I was treated or the results I got with their support.’ - Nefas

‘Katy was an amazing voice therapist. She provided me with good resources to support my voice therapy and had good contacts to support the underlying issues. My voice has fully recovered after suffering with Muscle Tension Dysphonia, thanks to her support’. - Fleur

‘Emma, our Speech Therapist, is truly excellent. She spent a lot of time listening to my father - who had had a stroke - and working out what worked best for him as well as what he needed.
